Terms and Conditions: VIP Membership Program

Welcome to the Bethesda Blues and Jazz Supper Club VIP Membership Program. We appreciate your patronage!

By agreeing to join the BBJ VIP Membership Program, you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

I hereby apply to join the BBJ VIP Membership Program and the information I provide will namely enable BBJ to:

1. keep track of my purchase record
2. update me periodically about upcoming pre-sale events, discounted tickets, giveaways and promotional offers
3. send me 2 free tickets on my birthday month with a voucher for 1/2 price bottle of wine or 2 free desserts
4. update BBJ’s tracking of customer preferences so that BBJ may be able to serve its customers better

I also consent to:

1. the collection and use of data required by BBJ’s VIP Membership Program application form and
2. the terms and conditions set out below

Terms and Conditions

1. When you select a level of membership and pay the appropriate annual fee, below, you will receive a VIP Membership number:

2. The membership number is personal and nontransferable.
3. Membership benefits are good for the length of the program.
4. Your membership application will not be valid until membership is paid and the online application form is completed. We reserve the right to change at any time the conditions for issuing the Rewards card.
5. The Bethesda Blues and Jazz VIP Membership number allows the holder, upon presentation of it, to receive the following benefits, depending on membership level.

6. Members must present current membership number to purchase tickets at discounted rates.
7. 50% off tickets are subject to availability. Members may only purchase tickets for themselves and guests and must call for the discount.
8. Members who refer a friend, not already a member, to the Gold or Platinum VIP Membership level will receive a $50 Bethesda Blues and Jazz Club gift card.
9. In cases where “Bring a Friend Free” tickets must be rescheduled, redemption of the reward is subject to availability and solely at the discretion of BBJ.
10. Bethesda Blues and Jazz VIP Membership numbers may be shared by a spouse but otherwise may not be transferred to another customer nor exchanged for cash. Use of the membership number by a person other than the member or his/her spouse will result in immediate termination of membership and benefits, with no refund of membership fee.
11. Membership is automatically renewed at the end of 12 months. 30 days notice is required if you wish to cancel.
12. Members are automatically enrolled in our Rewards Program, the one-time $20 fee is waived, and a rewards card will be mailed out in 5-10 business days.
13. Bethesda Blues and Jazz reserves the right to:
    (a) terminate the VIP Membership Program for any reason whatsoever by informing members via email/mail as well as on our website. The unused portion of the annual membership fee will be prorated and a refund check will be mailed to the member within 60 days. In addition, members will be given a period of 60 days to use benefits, and upon the expiry of the said period of 60 days, any unused benefits will be forfeited and invalidated.
    (b) In the case of a termination and/or suspension of the VIP Membership Program, Bethesda Blues and Jazz will NOT be liable to members for unused benefits.
14. Bethesda Blues and Jazz may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page. Members are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made. Members understand and agree that any use of the BBJ VIP Membership Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.
