A few words about the Club
Let us introduce ourselves
The Bethesda Theater, built in 1938 and opened as one of the era’s Art Deco cinema palaces, has come back to life! With an $8 million renovation, this National Historic Register Property is the region’s #1 Live Music Supper Club!
Bethesda Blues & Jazz is a small concert hall serving excellent food and drink. It features 300 seats for dinner and 200 additional performance seats, which are made available when the dinner seats are sold out. You’ll be able to see your favorite artists in an intimate, elegant, and acoustically superb setting. Bethesda Blues & Jazz also boasts a beautiful new 40 ft. bar and lounge area.
Dining Room
More on the dining experience
Right in front of the orchestra pit we have our Dining Room, where you can sit down and enjoy your meal before (or during!) the show. Our Dining Room seats bring you almost close enough to touch some of your favorite performers as you relax at your table, giving your experience the look and feel of a private concert.
Tickets for seats in the Dining Room are sold first, and are generally first come, first serve. However, make sure to check the show listing, as some shows allow you to reserve specific seats and specific tables. With a great menu, phenomenal drink list, and an up-close-and-personal view of the stage, our Dining Room seats really are the total package.
Seating
Seating arrangements
In addition to our main dining area, we have 200 theater seats available behind the dining area, so no music lover gets left out. These seats become available once the dining area are sold out, but don’t worry – if you arrive early and hungry, you can get dinner at the bar before the show begins.
Theater seats are pre-assigned, so it’s best to reserve all tickets under one name so you can sit with your family or friends and enjoy the night together. The incredible acoustics of our space make sure that there are no bad seats in the house, so you can rest assured that your experience will be first-rate.
