Sunday (5/15) The unforgettable falsetto voice of Eddie Holman and the tune that he popularized is perhaps the most recognizable urban love song in much of the English-speaking world. “Hey There Lonely Girl” is a beautiful tune that seems to touch every soul as it emanates from airwaves or churns from the turntables of fans. Other classics by Eddie Holman include “This Can’t Be True,” “All In The Game,” and “You Make My Life Complete.” DC’s Finest (aka “The Doo-Wop Cops”), are former Washington, DC Metropolitan Police Officers who have gone from walking the beats to keeping the beat.
